apparently, seattle realizes that they effed up big time with the snow, and will now be using salt during snow storms. i probably could have told them that months ago, but oh well.
it dumped snow on us here yesterday (i can't escape it!). and you know what? the roads were never once not driveable. not. once. perfectly clear, with maybe just a hint of slush, which is normal.

look at that beautiful, non-rutted street. and this is just about as back road, side-street as you can get. and still perfectly driveable.way to get on that, seattle.
