.don't think i actually posted a picture of the view from mt. monadnock, so thought i would do that here. the clouds were awesome.



so gorgeous. i miss hiking around, climbing around like a little kid on the rock climbing walls down at uw. so much fun.

sheesh that trip was fun.


we saw tons of crazy mushrooms while we were hiking, particularly at molly stark state park.
big bright red ones,
pale orange ones,
some crazy spiked yellow ones,
even one or two purple ones.
these were just some ordinary fungi growing on a tree, but i always think that they look like little fairy steps.

good thing we
didn't blow away.
